Although we hope you enjoy your Earth & Aura purchase, we understand that sometimes, it's just not the right fit!

We offer a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days from the time at which you receive your item(s) to request a return. In order for your return to be eligible, the item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received it/them. That is: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging.

You will have 7 days to complete the return, from the time that you started your request. That is, proof of shipment must be received within 7 days. Otherwise, your return request will be denied

In order to begin the return process, please send us an email at info@earthandaura.ca with the reason for your return as well as your order confirmation. If the item you purchased is defective or damaged, please include a picture with your request.

Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the full amount of your original order. 

​

The returned item may be exchanged for the same item in another colour and/or size. Once the returned item is received at our end, we will ship you a replacement item at no extra cost.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
